Pantanassa Monastery

The Central Coast street directory shows the Pantanassa Monastery to be in Mangrove Creek. Mangrove Mountain is the adjoining suburb. Perhaps it would be beneficial to distinguish between Holy Cross Monastery which is at Mangrove Mountain and Pantanassa Monastery which is at Mangrove Creek, and indeed overlooks Mangrove Creek and Mangrove Creek Dam.

When a group of about 40 people a couple of weeks ago visited what turned out to be Holy Cross Monastery, quite a number of us went to Pantanassa first because of confusion over the name and suburb.

Just a suggestion.

Firstly, afaik, it's fairly common to arrive at Pantanassa Monastery when the aim was Holy Cross Monastery. It's a fairly sharp turn, if memory recalls, and easy to miss.
Secondly, part of the problem is that Pantanassa Monastery owns a fair bit of land. The new site is, if memory recalls, on Mangrove Mountain; whereas the current, though temporary, site is in Lower Mangrove Creek (as is the postbox). --— by Pιsτévο talk complaints at 03:34, April 26, 2006 (CDT)
