I think "Spilaiotis" is not his last name, but means "Cave-dweller" as he is also known as. This means that his parents do not have this as a last name. If this is the case, we need to remove "Spilaiotis" from his parents' name.
- If Spilaiotis means Cave-dweller, then it should definitely be removed - from his parents' names, the intro and the title.
