The administration page of the Diocese's website lists both His Eminence Herman and His Grace Tikhon as Locum Tenens of the see. How does that work and how is the situation correctly described in the article? —magda (talk) 15:08, May 19, 2008 (UTC)

Until recently, Metr. Herman was the locum tenens, but the OCA synod on May 15 released Metr. Herman and appointed Bp. Tikhon to the position. —Fr. Andrew ^talk contribs (THINK!) 15:17, May 19, 2008 (UTC)
