Laws Concerning Judaism

The claim that Justinian banned the use of the Hebrew language in Jewish worship is false. His 146th Novel concerning the Jews states that any language can be used. I do not know though if he banned the Shema but I think this is incorrect as well. His 146th novel mentions nothing of the sort. If someone cannot provide a primary source from the Corpus Juris Civilis to substantiate this it should be removed from the article.
