While I am confident that the early and authentic tradition of our Church is opposed to capital punishment, I am sad to say that there is more than one position on this issue today. While I am confident that the early and authentic tradition of our Church is opposed to capital punishment, I am sad to say that there is more than one position on this issue today. Moreover, I do object to editorials posing as encyclopedia articles. --Fr Lev 07:10, February 27, 2007 (PST)
