I agree that it is notable that bishops from all jurisdictions, including ROCOR, are participants in the GA. However, I question the validity of pointing out that this is a difference from SCOBA. If I understood my local clergy correctly, ROCOR was part of SCOBA at the beginning, and it was only recently that their participation was blocked (and OCA, which had previously been excluded was now included).
My suggestion is to drop the sentence noting ROCOR's inclusion as a difference from SCOBA.{{unsigned|Jkotinek}} : The ROCOR was never a part of SCOBA. Indeed, when it was founded in 1960, there was no way you'd be able to get both the Metropolia (who were founding members) and the ROCOR in the same room.
