Χρυσορρόας - Χρυσόστομος
: You are right that he was not a bishop. However, the "of [place]" usage in English does not necessary refer only to episcopacy. There are multiple saints who were never bishops who are commonly known by such names, e.g., Columba of Iona, Benedict of Nursia, Anthony of the Kiev Caves, Clement of Alexandria, etc. &mdash;[[User:ASDamick|<font size="3.5" color="green" face="Adobe Garamond Pro, Garamond, Georgia, Times New Roman">Fr. I just want to remark that John of Damascus was known as Χρυσορρόας, Chrysorroas, which is not the same as Chrysostom (Χρυσόστομος). That's why I've done [ this reversion]. --Filius Rosadis 01:52, September 13, 2007 (PDT)
