First, do you have evidence the marriage was not annulled? This would be impossible, as it was in fact legally annulled. I will keep putting that back in. Second, you may believe that no one else allows the French clerics to commune or concelebrate, and that may be true in France, but I know for a fact thaht clergy of Bishop Germain have received as priests in other Orthodox Churches and have even concelebrated. Third, the Church of Romania may consider Bishop Germain to be deposed, but they did not give him a trial and told the French Church to go away. Once they threw the Church out, they could no longer depose him, having no jurisdiction over him. The letter from Romania written to the clergy of Bishop Germain referred to him as suspended. I have certainly met at least one Romanian priest who considers Bishop Germain to be a bishop and the Church of France to be a Orthodox Church, despite Romania's decision.
