His Grace the Right Reverend '''Andrei (HorescuHoarște) of Cleveland''' is the Auxiliary [[Bishop]] to His Eminence Archbishop [[Nathaniel (Popp) of Detroit|Nathaniel]] of the [[Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America (OCA)|Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America]] (ROEA), an [[ethnic diocese]] of the [[Orthodox Church in America]]. He was elected to the episcopate on [[November 12]], 2019, and consecrated on [[February 1]], 2020.
