==Life==
Bishop Chrysostomos was born in on the Greek island of Naxos on [[April 8]], 1927. Having first completed a degree in Law, he graduated from the School of Theology of the University of Athens in 1952. He was [[ordination|ordained]] to the [[deacon|diaconate]] on [[January 18]], 1952, and to the [[priest]]hood on [[December 14]], 1954. On [[December 19]], 1970, he was [[consecration of a bishop|consecrated]] bishop of Kyanea. He has been based at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of St. Andrew the Apostle, Kentish Town, London, since 1961.
