Bishop '''Chrysostomos (Mavroyiannopoulos) of Kyanea''' is an [[auxiliary bishop]] of the [[Ecumenical Patriarchate]] serving in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, within the [[Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain|Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain]].
The bishop was born in Naxos on [[April 8]], 1927. He graduated from the School of Theology of the University of Athens in 1952. He was [[ordination|ordained]] to the [[deacon|diaconate]] on [[January 18]], 1952, and to the [[priest]]hood on [[December 14]], 1954. On [[December 19]], 1970, he was [[consecration of a bishop|consecrated]] bishop of Kyanea. He is currently based at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of St. Andrew the Apostle, Kentish Town, London.
