Sergius V. Bulgakov (often referenced as S. V. Bulgakov) was the author of the standard Russian pastoral text Handbook for Church Servers (Nastolnaya Kniga). He is not to be confused with the theologian/philosopher Fr. Sergius N. Bulgakov.
