The current reigning bishop is [[Irinej (Dobrijevic) of Australia and New Zealand|Irinej (Dobrijević) of Australia and New Zealand]], enthroned [[October 21]], 2006, who was appointed to head the Patriarchal diocese and administer the New Gracanica diocese.
