Maximus III of Constantinople
Maximus III was Patriarch of Constantinople from 1476 to 1481. Little is known of his life or time as patriarch. He was considered a scholar and an ascetic hierarch, who acted with wisdom during his time as patriarch after the Fall of Constantinople.
