Papua New Guinea is claimed by the Fourth Archdiocesan District of Queensland and New Guinea, [[Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia]], the [[Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines|Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia, New Zealand, and All Oceania]]. However, as yet, there are no Orthodox parishes [[parish]]es in Papua New Guinea.
The Greek embassy, the closest thing at present to an Orthodox parish, is located in Boroko, Port Moresby.
