The following is the list of Metropolitans of the Autocephalous Church of Poland. The Church of Poland was recognized as autocephalous by the Patriarch of Constantinople on November 26, 1924 and by the Patriarch of Russia in 1948. In 1921, the Patriarch of Moscow granted a limited autonomy to the Church of Poland, with George (Jaroszewski) as Exarch.
