His Eminence, the Most Reverend LAZAR (Puhalo), is a retired hierarch of the Orthodox Church in America and Abbot of the Monastery of All Saints of North America in Dewdney, British Columbia Canada. In addition to his prolific theological writings, Archbishop Lazar currently serves the Church as Civil Liaison for the Archdiocese of Canada with the Government of Canada.
