The Church of Serbia is one of the autocephalous Orthodox churches, ranking seven after Constantinople, Alexandria, Antioch, and Jerusalem Moscow and All Rus', All Georgia. It exercises jurisdiction over Orthodox Christians in Serbia and surrounding Slavic and odher lands, as well as exarchates and patriarchal representation churches around the world. It also exercises jurisdiction over the autonomous Czech Lands and Slovakia. The Patriarch of Serbia serves as first among equals; the current patriarch is His Holiness Pavle.
