The main article is Holy Mysteries. Sacraments is used for the category name simply because it's the most commonly used term in English and will help people to find the articles they're looking for.
Out of curiosity, what's your objection to sacrament? It comes from the Latin sacrare, meaning "to consecrate, set apart religiously, dedicate," etc., and it's connected with the Latin sacerdos ("priest"). The Latin form of sacrament was used in the ancient Orthodoxy of the West with no problem. Surely both mystery and sacrament are applicable in English. —Fr.
