The Holy Archdiocese of Botswana and All the Kalahari is a diocese under the jurisdiction of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa. Its territory includes the parishes and missions located in the nation of Botswana.

The Diocese of Botswana was established by a Patriarchal and Synodal decree on October 7, 2010 together with the Diocese of Mozambique. Prior to the formation of the Diocese of Botswana, both territories were part of the Archdiocese of Zimbabwe. His Grace, Gennadios, who had been elected earlier, was formally enthroned Bishop of Botswana on June 2, 2012 as the first ruling bishop of the diocese. On November 17, 2016 the bishopric was elevated to an archdiocese, receiving it's current name. It's seat is located in the capital Gabarone.

Communities of the diocese include: Church of St. Nicholas (including the chapels of St. Parthenios Bishop of Lampsakos and St. Peter Archbishop of Alexandria) in Gaborone.
