The holy, glorious, all-laudable Apostle Tychicus (Greek Τυχικός; also Tychikos) is one of the Seventy Apostles and was a bishop in Caesarea. He is commemorated by the Church on January 4 with the Seventy and on December 8 with Ss. Apollos, Cephas, Sosthenes, Epaphroditus, Caesar, and Onesiphorus.

St. Tychicus was a disciple and companion of the holy Apostle Paul. During St. Paul's first imprisonment, he delivered the Epistles to the Ephesians and to the Colossians. He replaced St. Sosthenes as bishop at Caesarea. He departed peacefully to the Lord.
