The Antiochian Orthodox Deanery of the United Kingdom and Ireland is a part of the Archdiocese of Western and Central Europe headed by Metropolitan John (Yazigi) of Western and Central Europe.

The Dean is Fr Michael Harper, who was appointed in April 1996. He was elevated to the rank of Archpriest in 2006.

The Deanery includes twelve full parishes (including a cathedral in London), as well as six missions. Initially in 1995 most of the communities, with the exception of the cathedral, consisted largely of converts from the Church of England. By 2000 this had changed significantly with a much more diverse congregational profile.
