The Antiochian Orthodox Deanery of the United Kingdom and Ireland is a part of the Diocese of Western and Central Europe of the Church of Antioch. The dean is Fr. Michael Harper, who currently functions as Patriarchal Vicar in the UK and Ireland during the vacancy of the episcopacy of the diocese.

The deanery includes twelve full parishes (including a cathedral in London), as well as six missions. Most of the communities, with the exception of the cathedral, consist largely of converts from the Church of England.
